Privacy Policy

1. Personal Information Collected

  • Employers: Company name, business registration number, contact person name, phone number, workplace address
  • Workers: Name, phone number, nationality, visa type, alien registration number, alien registration card issue date

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

  • Providing job matching services
  • Verifying residency status and work eligibility through HiKorea system
  • Post-employment management (90 days)
  • Service-related notifications and communication

3. Retention Period

Collected personal information is retained for 3 years after the purpose of collection is fulfilled, and then promptly destroyed. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, the information will be preserved for the legally required period.

4. Provision to Third Parties

In principle, we do not provide personal information to third parties. However, minimal information (name, contact number) may be shared with employers or workers for job matching purposes, and prior consent will be obtained.

5. Destruction Procedures and Methods

Personal information that has exceeded its retention period or whose processing purpose has been achieved will be promptly destroyed. Electronic files are deleted using methods that prevent recovery, and paper documents are shredded.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time. Please contact the privacy officer below.

8. HiKorea Notice

We verify residency status and work eligibility through the HiKorea (Immigration & Foreign Policy Office) system. Due to system maintenance or delays, verification results may not be reflected in real-time, and we are not legally responsible for any discrepancies arising from such delays.
