Frequently Asked Questions
Can I register if I'm not currently in Korea?
You can register, but we prioritize people currently in Korea or whose work eligibility can be checked.
Does legal stay always mean I can work?
No. Available jobs may differ depending on your visa type, and additional checks may be needed.
What documents do I need?
At first, we only check your basic information and current status. If needed, we'll guide you on document submission separately.
Can I send my passport or ARC photo in chat?
Please do not. If we need documents, we'll provide a separate official submission method.
How will you contact me?
Through the channel you choose during registration — KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, phone, or other messengers.
Do I need a dormitory? Can I still register?
Yes. Just mark your dormitory need in the registration form.
Can I register if I don't speak Korean?
Yes. But actual matching may depend on the job requirements and employer conditions.
Where can I ask about visa or stay-related questions?
We can help with general status checks, but specific immigration matters may require official channels or specialist referrals.
I'm an F-4 holder. Can I now work in manual packaging or loading jobs?
Yes. Since the February 2026 H-2/F-4 consolidation reform, F-4 (Overseas Korean) visa holders are allowed to work in 10 additional simple labor occupations that were previously restricted — including manual packaging, loading, and unloading at warehouses and factories. Manufacturing assembly, processing, inspection, office work, and professional roles remain available. A few occupations (such as general construction site labor) remain restricted; we verify the latest eligibility for each job after registration.
My H-2 visa is still valid — what changed in 2026?
New H-2 (Work and Visit) visas are no longer being issued as of February 2026. Existing H-2 holders can continue to stay and work through their remaining period. Many are now transitioning to F-4 with fee waivers, which gives you broader long-term job options. We can match you to jobs under either your current H-2 or after your F-4 transition — just let us know your current status.
