Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms define the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters regarding the use of the paid employment placement services provided through the website operated by the Company (mykoreawork.com).

Article 2 (Definitions)

'Service' means the employment placement service through which the Company connects job seekers and hiring companies. 'User' means any job seeker or hiring company using the Service under these Terms. 'Hiring company' means a business owner, or their representative, using the Service to recruit workers.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to Users. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and will announce any amendment 7 days before it takes effect.

Article 4 (Services Provided)

• Receiving job seeker registrations and reviewing eligibility
• Receiving hiring company registrations and verifying workplaces
• Employment matching between job seekers and hiring companies
• Hiring-related consultation and follow-up

Article 5 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company complies with the Employment Security Act and related laws, and strives to protect Users' personal information. The Company is not a party to any employment contract and is not liable for disputes arising from the employment relationship.

Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

• Provide accurate and truthful information at registration.
• Do not impersonate others or register false information.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

Article 7 (Placement Fees)

Paid employment placement fees are charged only within the limits set by the Enforcement Decree of the Employment Security Act, and the fee schedule is posted on a separate page within the Service. Job seekers are not charged any placement fee by the Company.

Article 8 (Restriction of Use)

The Company may restrict use of the Service if a User registers false information or violates applicable laws or these Terms.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not a party to employment contracts concluded between hiring companies and job seekers; responsibility for employment conditions, working environment, and wage payment lies with the parties to the employment contract. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes concerning these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Incheon District Court as the competent court.
