3. Retention Period

Personal information is retained for the period required by applicable laws or internal policies, and then destroyed. When you request account withdrawal, use of your account and personal information stops immediately, and your data is destroyed without delay after a 30-day grace period. However, the minimum records that must be retained under other laws (such as the Employment Security Act — for example, the worker roster and cash ledger) are kept separately from other personal information for the period those laws require.

4. Third-Party Sharing and External Services

Where needed to proceed with employment matching, and within the scope you consent to, your name, contact details, nationality, experience, and preferred conditions may be shared with prospective employers and affiliated licensed job-placement agencies (registered staffing/outsourcing partners). Those agencies may use the information only to connect you with hiring companies (re-brokerage), and it is retained only as long as needed for that purpose. Some communication channels may use external service platforms.

5. Sensitive Document Submission

We do not request sensitive documents (passport, ARC, etc.) during initial chat. If needed, a separate official process will be provided.
