How It Works
What happens after you register
Before Hire
From registration to signed contract
1. Registration
Submit your basic information, current status, and work preferences.
2. Review
We check your visa type, expiry date, work eligibility, and other basic items.
3. Chat Interview
If needed, we ask more about your experience, skills, and preferred conditions.
4. Profile Setup
We organize your information into a standard profile — your visa, experience, certificates, and the conditions you want.
5. Employer Matching
If conditions match, you are introduced to the employer and the interview is arranged, with key work conditions confirmed. MyKoreaWork handles on-site resident placements (a month or longer at one site) directly, anywhere in Korea; for daily and short-term work, we either match you ourselves or connect you with a verified hiring partner in your area.
6. Hiring Confirmation
You and the employer agree on terms and the hiring is confirmed — with every condition explained clearly in your language before you sign.
After Hire
Native-language support after you start
7. After You Start Working
After your contract is confirmed, MyKoreaWork keeps you informed and supports you in your own language. Day-to-day management, wages, and attendance are handled directly between you and the employer.
- Not all registrations lead to immediate matching.
- Matching speed depends on your status, conditions, and employer demand.
