We organize your information into a standard profile for review by registered hiring partners and employers.
5. Employer Matching
If conditions match, the registered hiring partner covering your visa and area — or MyKoreaWork directly, for professional roles — introduces you to the employer and arranges the interview, confirming key work conditions.
6. Hiring Confirmation
You and the employer agree on terms and the hiring is confirmed — with every condition explained clearly in your language before you sign.

7. After You Start Working
After your contract is confirmed, MyKoreaWork keeps you informed and supports you in your own language. Day-to-day management, wages, and attendance are handled directly between you and the employer.
