We organize your information into a standard format for employer review.

If conditions match, we arrange an interview and confirm key work conditions.

6. Hiring Confirmation
The employer and worker agree on terms and the hiring is confirmed.

7. 90-Day Follow-Up
We check in at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months after hiring to catch any issues with work conditions, housing, or communication. If the worker leaves early, re-matching support is provided.
